Winter is Coming

As the weather is now changing and winter is fast approaching, some of the children have been asking about wearing boots to school.  All children must wear school shoes whilst in the school building in line with the our school uniform, however, children can come in boots or wellies to keep their feet warm and dry and change into school shoes when they arrive at school.  They can then also change into boots/wellies for outdoor play/activities.  Please could we also ask that boots/wellies are named so we don’t get any mixed up.  

It would also be advisable to bring a warm hat, scarf and gloves in the cold weather.  Please could you also make sure that these are named.
