Kingswood Residential

Last week our Year 4 and 5 children visited Kingswood Outdoor Adventure Centre at Dearne Valley, Doncaster for a 3 day residential and had a fantastic time.  They took part in problem solving, abseiling, bush craft, camp fire, low and high ropes, lazer quest, aeroball, nightline and archery.  The children experienced lots of new and exciting challenges, with all of them conquering fears and really challenging themselves to move out of the safe space and into the challenge zone. When things got a little tricky, the group worked really well as a team to support each other. Over the course of the 3 days, it was wonderful to see friendships blossom and teamwork and cooperation skills improve. Everyone had an amazing time.  Well done to all the children for trying any challenge!
