My name is Emily Calvert. I joined the team at Camblesforth in September of 2015 as an apprentice teaching assistant. I have now completed my qualification and am working as a Teaching Assistant in Year 2/3. The children within my class and across the school are all very enthusiastic and prepared to learn which makes my job very rewarding. Each day I spend at Camblesforth is different from another which makes my job very enjoyable. Previously I have studied at Selby College and achieved A Levels in Psychology, Sociology and IT. Within my spare time I enjoy eating out, meeting up with friends and going to the cinema.

I have many roles in School which include working in the office and supporting children at lunchtime. I also run the breakfast club with Mrs Taylor, as well as being a teaching assistant. After graduating from Winchester University I have enjoyed sharing my skills of dance and arts with the children at school and thoroughly enjoy making a difference in the roles I do.
