School Meals

School meals provided in school are £2.55 per day and can be ordered on a daily basis. Fresh fruit is available every day. Please book and pay via ParentPay.

Free hot lunches are available to all Foundation and Key Stage 1 children via the Government initiative UFSM (Universal Infant Free School Meals) and also to Pupil Premium children (please contact the school office if you think you may eligible).

Packed Lunches

Children may bring a packed lunch to school as an alternative to a school meal.  Please send packed lunches in a clearly marked lunch box/bag, (The soft style with an insulated liner is strongly recommended.  It helps to keep food at a constant temperature in the classroom).  Drinks should be packed inside the container in an unbreakable ‘leak proof’ container with a drinking straw.  During the summer weather it is advisable to include an ice pack to keep food at a safe temperature.

Please do not include fizzy drinks, sweets and items in packing which the children may find difficult to open independently.

It is not possible to guarantee and enforce a nut free zone as staff cannot monitor all lunches and snacks brought in from home. Please avoid sending any items made from nuts into school. Including Peanut Butter Sandwiches.
