Statutory Curriculum

Alongside our statutory core subjects of Reading, Writing, Maths and Science, as laid out in the National Curriculum, our wider curriculum includes:

  • History
  • Geography
  • RE (Option to withdraw)
  • MFL (French)
  • Art
  • Design and Technology
  • PHSCE (Personal, Health, Social, Citizenship, Emotional)
  • Computing
  • Music
  • PE, including swimming

Some of these subjects are delivered by specialist staff.

We use the Little Wandle scheme to teach phonics and reading in school in EYFS and Key Stage 1
