Welcome Back To Summer Term!

Welcome back to a very busy summer term.  It was lovely to see all the children again.  We hope you all had a good break and had time to enjoy the few bits of sunshine we had.

I cannot believe how quickly this year has gone and we are already into the last term!  To start our new term, we had an international athlete in school today, who worked with all the children which was great fun.  A key theme was not to give up even when you find things difficult and something we will take forward throughout the term.

Summer term is always busy with sports days, residentials, school trips, leavers celebrations to name a few and it flies!  We have lots planned and a list of what is happening in school with key dates will go out on the website as soon as possible.  As part of our creative curriculum theme ‘How does the world look after us?’ there will be lots of activities happening outside too this term.

So, an exciting time ahead.

I am looking forward to catching up with as many parents as I can this term both before and after school but if you would like to speak to me about anything, please pop in and see me.
